| The Mikron M7800 is an affordable, high-performance handheld infrared camera with capabilities normally found in far more expensive thermal imagers. Rugged and ideal for all infrared PPM applications, the built-in visible light camera, laser pointer, zoom and enhanced temperature analysis tools allow the user to quickly identify and evaluate potential problem areas. With its 320 by 240 high resolution uncooled infrared FPA detector, the M7800 infrared camera offers exceptional resolution and a wide temperature measurement range (-40° C to 500° Celsius). Lightweight and ergonomically designed for easy point and shoot operation, the M7800 has an intuitive menu system that makes it easy to learn and use.
For electrical inspections, Mikron's Spyglass™ lens and ViewPort system allows thermal inspections to be conducted without the need to remove or open covers on energized electrical equipment. The ViewPorts are merely one half inch in diameter, and once installed, increase both efficiency and personnel safety. The Spyglass™ lens is designed to articulate within the ViewPort, providing the inspector with an ultra wide field of view.
To complete the package, Mikron's M7800 software features advanced infrared image analysis, and automated report generation. The M7800 report writer is designed to provide a powerful yet simple and user-friendly means for creating professional quality infrared inspection reports.
